Most accelerators follow the same playbook:
1. Invest in companies.
2. Take equity.
3. Hope a few become unicorns.
That isn't our model.
At Superteam USA, we don't take equity. We're not trying to build the biggest portfolio.
We're trying to build the strongest ecosystem.
People often ask, "How do you grow a blockchain?"
Some say more developers.
Some say more users.
Some say better technology.
Those things matter.
But none of them happen without one thing first:
Great companies.
Great companies attract users.
They generate transactions.
They create jobs.
They raise capital.
They launch products.
They bring billions of dollars of economic activity on-chain.
If Solana is going to become the default platform for the next generation of technology companies, it needs more companies that people actually use.
That's where we focus.
Our mission is simple:
Increase the number of successful companies building on Solana.
We do that in two ways.
First, we recruit exceptional founders who weren't planning to build on Solana and show them why they should.
Second, we help the highest-potential companies already building on Solana become significantly more successful.
Sometimes our biggest win is bringing a founder into the ecosystem.
Other times it's helping an existing startup find product-market fit, sharpen its narrative, launch faster, raise capital, land customers, or scale distribution.
Both outcomes create value for Solana.
Because networks don't become dominant by collecting logos.
They become dominant by producing winners.
Traditional accelerators succeed when their ownership becomes more valuable.
We succeed when companies building on Solana become more valuable.
Those are fundamentally different incentives.
When a founder wins, the ecosystem wins.
More users.
More liquidity.
More transactions.
More economic activity.
More reasons for the next great founder to choose Solana.
Q2 was our first opportunity to prove that model.
In one quarter, we:
• Helped bring 11 net-new startups onto Solana.
• Supported 24 portfolio companies across AI, stablecoins, capital markets, DeFi, consumer, deep tech, and media.
• Hosted 13 founder events.
• Welcomed 670+ builders in person.
• Generated 2,100+ event RSVPs.
• Reached 1.5 million social impressions.
• Grew our X audience to 4,000+ followers.
Those are encouraging numbers.
But they matter less than what they create.
Every founder dinner builds relationships.
Every workshop develops operators.
Every partnership opens doors.
Every launch creates momentum.
Every successful company strengthens the network.
The work doesn't stop when a company joins the accelerator.
In many ways, that's when it begins.
We spend our time helping founders with go-to-market strategy, storytelling, partnerships, launches, distribution, hiring, fundraising, and growth.
Not because those things make a quarterly report look good.
Because they're what give great companies the best chance of becoming category leaders.
And category leaders build ecosystems that last.
We're still early.
But we believe the next decade of crypto will belong to the ecosystem that doesn't just attract builders.
It creates enduring companies.
That's the bet we're making.
1. Selective founders
2. Relentless execution
3. More winners
Because when great companies win on Solana, everyone wins.
